Designer Spotlight — Liz Tate Design

A great view from every room was the Designer/Homeowner's goal. Whether it was the spectacular view across the swimming pool to Snow Canyon, or the more intimate central courtyard views. Seamless indoor/outdoor living was also a design priority. The private courtyard allows views of Snow Canyon before ever entering the home, and features dining and conversation areas around the outdoor fireplace. Deja View was built with natural materials whose colors and textures blend and complement with the beauty of its surroundings.

Liz Tate is the founder of Liz Tate Design, a full-service interior design firm providing a multitude of services for the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. With portfolio projects in Aspen, the Napa Valley, San Diego, Washington DC, and Park City, Liz believes the key to successful design is curation and collaboration. Liz works hand-in-hand with clients, architects and contractors creating unique and integrated spaces, blurring the lines between function and form. Once a project takes form, Liz and her team begin the international hunt for the perfect material mix and custom furnishings, guaranteeing individual and personal flair. Liz holds a BS in Communication and is an Associate Member of ASID.
